Why don’t you comment?
I have an admission to make. I don’t get any comments. Okay, that’s not much of an admission. If you read here regularly, then you have probably noticed that. So let me ask, why don’t you comment?
Do I come off like I think I’m perfect? (I’m not)
Do you simply have nothing to say? That’s okay.
Do I seem closed to dialog? (I’m not… especially because I could be wrong)
Is it because I require you to register first? (I can change that… I just hate deleting spam)
Because I don’t get too personal? Some bloggers put their life on display. I have to admit that makes me uncomfortable.
Because I don’t use pictures? Because I don’t have an imaginative template? Because I seem like a jerk? Too nice?
Is it because I have an agenda? I guess I do, but I’m open about it. Am I turning you off though?
Because I don’t use my name? I guess that could seem secretive. I have to admit I’m a little shy, but if that’s the reason I want to know.
I don’t get complaints, and my traffic is increasing, but I never get any comments.
How do other bloggers deal with this?
