Meshek appears twice in the Table of Nations, once as Shem’s grandson and once as Japheth’s son. There are only 10 verses in the Bible with the name Meshek, 4 of them referring to his lineage…

The rest of the verses on Meshek appear to refer to Meshek the people or Meshek the land. Given their association with Tubal in those verses, I conlude that Aram’s son Meshek has no land associated with him. However, Meshek son of Japheth does…Â
